Established in 2019, our bag and SLG export factory located at Kanchipuram, Chennai is our latest addition to the BBK group.

We create a well calibrated and flexible approach to each of our clients. Any kind of specific criteria such as model parameters, materials, metal fittings and other accessories may be adjusted in accordance to a client’s needs.

We go to great lengths for the sourcing of quality raw materials, to closely working with skilled artisans to create using innovation, quality goods at sensible prices.

Once the preliminary analysis phase of the project (materials, styles, timing, price bracket) is complete, we move on to the development of the bag line. Design – Pattern – Prototype – Samples – Industrialization. Through this entire development phase, BBK provides you with all necessary support. From sketches and technical files, the technicians of our product development department combine traditional craftsmanship with the most modern CAD design and techniques to create state-of-the-art paper patterns.  After the mock-up, we create the prototype of the bag. In this phase, a bag is made in its real size so that there can be an in-depth assessment of its structure, proportions and details to understand if any changes are necessary. From here, the first complete sample of the bag is developed with the materials and accessories that have been chosen.

All physical tests can be handled by the modern equipment in our on-site lab. It is also recognised by a number of well-known brands.

 

A strong foundation of leathers combined with the most modern technologies, a skilled and professional workforce, cutting-edge techniques and machinery, and attention to detail are the ingredients for the production of high- quality bags.

Using Automation in our manufacturing enables us to produce large numbers for world-famous premium brands such as Coach, Ecco etc.

Once all stages of development have been completed the actual production starts. The entire production process takes place on site and each project has its own dedicated point of contact, always at the customer’s disposal. A particularly important phase of production is quality control. During the production process, various quality checks are carried out on both materials and finished products in order to ensure that all bags we produce meet the highest quality standards.

The last step is packaging and shipping. Even this last phase requires the utmost care to ensure that the products arrive intact in every part of the world. Our packing and shipping department is able to guarantee fast and safe deliveries.

Our present capacity is 4000 pieces of SLG per day and 1000 pieces of bags per day. We have created a production infrastructure for 10,000 SLG/4000 bags per day.

We currently employ 800 individuals. There are over 1500 machines in this bag production facility.
