BBK Shoes

Our shoe manufacturing unit was established in 2002. Under the guidance of Mr Baskaran, the BBK group was able to establish and successfully start our journey towards shoe manufacturing.

What started out as an upper manufacturing unit, soon became a full-fledged shoe manufacturing unit.

TPU/TPR and rubber outsoles with hypotherm Goretex structure are used in the manufacture of cemented shoes.

Latest innovations, such as automated textile cutting machines, automated leather cutting machines, and automatic sewing equipment, help the upper manufacturing.

Both traditional cemented shoe production and sophisticated direct injection production are skills in which we excel. We presently manufacture 15000 pairs of shoe UPPERS per day, 8500 pairs of DIP shoes per day, and 3500 pairs of CEMENTED shoes per day.

We produce single density and double density PU injections in our direct injection production using TPU/PU, rubber/PU, and PU/PU in accordance with Goretex standards.

We have consciously began to make compress moulded footbeds, PU footbeds, TPU/TPR/PU outsoles, and PVC branding patches to ensure continuous supply and quality.

The SATRA-accredited Laboratory is outfitted with all major footwear testing equipment, ranging from children's footwear to workboots.
